i have downloaded all updated i needed, but i cannot find where the updates has downloaded to? what is the default location?

That depends on where wsusoffline74.zip has been unziped to, eg to c:\, then the downloaded updates are in a directory under c:\wsusoffline\client (...\client\w61 for Windows 7 32bit, etc).

k thanks, does this program actually create a iso after its done getting updates? cause i had both options enabled but i didnt find a iso in any folder.

It does. If you enabled the ISO option(s) the ISO(s) should be in the ./iso subdirectory in the WSUSOU directory.
