Can I MANUALLY add important Udates to my wsusoffline?

You will see the "CR LF" as an empty line at the end of the file. Important is that notepad++ uses the Windows line end.

Important is "glb" as language for Windows Vista and newer.

Everything clear now?

ok, so simply leave a blank line at the end.

And being that Notepad is a windows program, leaving a blank line at the end with that will do the same thing.

We do not actually 'SEE' the 'CR LF'.

Thanks

Lastly, I do not have much liberty with the name. it must be:

StaticDownloadLinks-w61-x64-glb.txt

. . . is the StaticDownloadLinks also important to be exactly the same?

You mentioned earlier that naming is important:

The naming is important.
.NET => dotnet
Windows XP => wxp
Vista => w60
And so on...

is there a complete list somewhere I can reference?

I would have had no idea that w60 was vista - that is NOT intuitive at all.
