Run WGET background or silently

I need to run wget CMD in background, when I searched for this I got into this

Where can I find this UpdateGenerator.ini file.

Start UpdateGenerator.exe once, you can press "Exit" immediately, now UpdateGenerator.ini is in the same directory as UpdateGenerator.exe.

Thank you, Now CMD is minimized to task bar is it possible to minimize to tray.
