Exclusionlist

Postby kokkendorff » 07.10.2014, 11:59

Hi,

I've tried to add the following to ExcludeList-w61-x64.txt

kb2819745
kb2506143
kb2533552

The updates are still downloaded. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I checked the first one. It is a statically defined update.
You may remove it from .\static\StaticDownloadLinks-w61-x64-glb.txt, but the file will be overwritten with every self update of wsusou/its definitions.

I would suggest to prevent the installation by not selecting WMF in UpdateInstaller.

Thank you for the answer.

I did find it in the StaticDownloadLinks-w61-x64-glb.txt file a moment after I posted the question. ;)

I don't intend to use the UpdateInstaller. I'm using the updates for slipstreaming.

I have removed the line in the file, and copied the file to the custom folder. Will it stay "untouched" in this folder on autoupdate?

All custom folders will stay untouched. But the downloads defined there are additional static update URLs.
