When I select Dutch in WSUS Offline 6.7 , I get the German updates.

Maybe we should create a form, which contains the questions for all needed informations:
WSUSOU version, OS, Office, language, what happened, what did you try and so on...

Okay, yesterday I synced all the patches (windows and office) and in the \client\w60(-x64)\glb directory there are english and german installfiles for IE8 and MSSE. In the \client\w61(-x64)\glb there are english and german installfiles for MSSE. The dutch version is not in these directories.

Pls. see the file ...\static\StaticDownloadLinks-ie8-w60-x64-nld.txt.
Copy both entries to ...\static\StaticDownloadLinks-w60-x64-glb.txt or ...\static\StaticDownloadLinks-w61-x64-glb.txt, respectively.
You also may want to delete the englisch or german versions in these files.
