All Windows updates (except for IE...) are multi-language. For slipstreaming you need to use a software like RT7Lite or something else; wsusou does not provide this functionality.

The glb ? The glb and the greek ?
You say they are multilanguage so only glb ?

glb = global
They apply to English, Greek, German, Spanish, ... version of Windows 7.
So just integrate the glb-ones. (There are just glb Windows 7 updates, no language-specific [except for IE...])
