After updating to 9.3 WSUSOffline won't create a USB disk of the updates for install.

I have the files downloaded and ready to go, but when I put the tick in the box to create the USB it says there is "nothing to do". I have tried formatting and recreating the parent folder on the USB drive, creating a folder on the local C drive and setting that as the USB folder and also done an entire new download of the updates just incase there was a corrupted update.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

It's weird. I have just gone back to it this morning and it is now working.
