(Surface RT) Custom Install Without Download/Package

From looking at most of the threads, there seems to be a lot of documentation on downloading and packaging updates.
But, is there any way to just copy over the folders and files from "Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Downloads" (After windows update gets the files), set the KB's in a list, and then run a CMD batch to install the cabs?

I'm running a surface RT, which works the same as Windows 8, except that it's an ARM architecture.
If the above isn't possible, or even if it is, is there a download list somewhere I could add to package the updates for Surface? (Note: x86 and x64 updates aren't for ARM)

Thanks, been using WSUS for 'normal' computers for a long time now.

Hi Harry,
I'm not sure if the wsusscn2.cab provides updates for Windows RT.
I think Torsten Wittrock knows which versions of Windows can be recognized by the wsusscn2.cab.

Torsten

You could download a trunk and extract all updates listed in wsusscn2.cab by running the script "ExtractDownloadLinks-all.cmd". A list with all updates will be in %temp%.
