I was wondering if later or final versions are coming for XP Professional and Office 2003 given their termination from support by MS in April 2014?

I think there will be some releases before April 2014. But the first or second one after April 2014 Patchday (second Tuesday in a month) will not support Windows XP / Office 2003 anymore. I cannot tell you, which version will be the last one, but there will be a note on the download site (http://download.wsusoffline.net/) and in the history.txt.
