Can I create one folder that include multiple OS update and multiple office update? I want to use this all in one folder to update many computers that include different version of operating system and different version of office program.

I create one folder with WSUS Offline Update.

of course you can.
Just copy the contents of the "client" subdirectory (huge, if you downloaded for multiple platforms) to a portable storage device (Big flash disk, USB HDD, ...).
