How to copy updates to a specific directory

Postby luisop » 12.01.2018, 14:54

Hello community, as it is possible to change the path where the updates are stored.
I am using wsusoffline 11, I have created a directory called "wsusoffline" and the apication inside this one creates one called "client" (where the updates are downloaded), what I want is to store the updates in another directory, in another route("var/ww").

I await your help.

The directories are not easily changeable AFAIK. You can use Symlinks to store the updates elsewhere, but WOU must be able to still access then through the ./client subdirectory.
Microsoft update catalog: http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/
Windows Install media download: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15088/windows-create-installation-media
