Improved linux scripts (updated Nov 24, 2014)

I've added some functionality to the linux scripts to narrow the gap between them and the Windows GUI, namely the functionality to remove German and optionally English, add another language and download x86 and x64 versions of Win7/Win8/Win8.1 simultaneously. Feel free to incorporate them in the next release.
The commands should all be run from the "sh" directory in which they reside.

The "Upload attachment" didn't work and just complained about the extention not being allowed, no matter what file extention I chose.
