Hello, today I received this error.

2018-10-10 6:43:26.05 - Warning: Download of http://download.microsoft.com/download/ ... 67-x64.msu failed

You seem to already mention this here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6069&start=60 but I don't understand German.

Correct. MS rereleased the update.
An official fix will be out soon, until then take a look at
