How can I create a complete .iso, i am currently want to update a WinXP machine still using Office 2003. Yesterday I tried the ESR v.9.2.4, but 3 Updates failed from about 650 or so.

Okay, I researched a little and I came to the conclusion that Microsoft has shutdown some updates, so wsus offline could not get them. I found a wsus offline iso online build on 19/04/2015, but microsoft has released some updates afterwards. How can I merge my incomplete download list with this .iso to get a uptodate one? And how can I delete the superseded updates?

Nearly impossible as the catalog files can't be merged (even if it would be possible, it would break the signature).
I've got a copy of wsusou 9.2.1 (I don't know the build date, but it was created as an archive for o2k3) supporting only o2k3 (I could give the files to you [6GB, supports all languages]).

If you want to update your machine I would suggest you to use a newer release to update Windows and the old one for Office 2003.
All patches released afterwards are not for public usage (only for those with a special contract), so I can't provide them.
