plz add WSUS UI [Legacy products] session or add [IE 11]Session.

Win7 requires several "prerequisite" updates listed from Microsoft KB article 2847882 before IE11 can be installed successfully.

Look at the IE11_main.log file in the Windows folder and see what Win7 updates need to be installed before using the IE11 offline installer to install IE11.
