What I finally did was to exclude KB2919355 from the dynamic updates, this way this huge update does not reinstall over and over.
Then I just download the update from Windows Update and it's OK afterwards.

From what I can see from multiple new HP computer models, they all have the same problem. I don't know what HP uses to update their OEM installs but it's not right.

I've been experiencing on other computers and I have seen this happen on other brands too: Acer, Toshiba, ASUS.
Is there any way to fix this instead of the exclude workaround?
