[XP SP3] "New updates ready..." after WSUS update

I've installed WinXP Czech SP3 on VirtualBox and after applying WSUS Offline update (IE8, WMP11; manually kb2898785+KB2888505 to solve "listing IDs of missing updates" problem; then rest of updates) the Windows Updater offers few updates:
