WinXP cant install updates

From the beginning, Windows update didnt work at all, so I used wsus.
Halfway in the update with wsus, Windows update stated working and wsus hang.
So I updated everyting I could using Windows Update.

But after last reboot, I cant update anymore using Windows Update.
Now KB892130 (Genuine Advantage) has to be installed suddenly, and trying that gives me an error.
Error 0x80246008
There are no files in the system at all, related to genuine advantage, (like wgatray etc)

Now , what to do ?
Using wsus again, or is there another solution ?
I can not even see what updates that are missing, because of the demand to install KB892130.
