wsusscn2.cab will NOT download

I chose Legacy products and wanted to download Office 2003 updates but the update generation newer finishes due to the error when downloading wsusscn2.cab - it is reporting "File signature verification failure."

Please download and install these two packages, that should fix that bug.

I say it again, that's the first thing the downloader should check/do on the downloading system, before attempting to download anything. MS changes signature certificates occasionally.

You mean, I should install rootsupd.exe on the downloading system?

Check for rootsupd and if it's outdated, update it. This will prevent the signature errors for the Microsoft tools when downloading.
