That indeed strange as the path should not be an issue.

Hi!
Sorry, I can't reproduce this.
I just updated Office 2010 calling UpdateInstaller.exe from C:\wsusoffline\client without any problems.
Earlier I also successfully tested longer paths like ...\Documents and settings\... .
