ok try now, the zip file has "wou" as its password. can you also try the .7z version - no password on the 7z version. just see if you get the same problem with that

Sorry for the late answer - my time windows for private projects has closed for a while. So I can't give you further feedback at the moment.
However, I could download (and successfully open) the password protected zip file now as boco predicted.
(The 7zip file will still refuse to be downloaded with "virus" complaints.)
