FYI: WSUS Offline Update uses version 2.54 of Microsoft Sysinternals sigcheck.exe and sigcheck64.exe (in the bin subfolder). Version 2.55 has just been released:

If you just delete the old files in your ...\bin folder, the new ones should appear automatically during the next download run.
