Went online and downloaded the dutch versions to see if they were equal to the English:

@harry: I don't have any md-folder in my client folder....maybe due to that i don't verify my files?
Will try a new download today.

If there are no files in .\static\custom, you have to run

@ harry: Did the verify now, cleared download folders and everything looks ok.

Re-downloaded everything and have checked my dotnet-folder:

That's normal! The file dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe is the main (english) file, possibly supplemented by a language file, in your case: dotNetFx40LP_Full_x86_x64nl.exe.
The same applies to NDP451-KB2858728-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe and NDP451-KB2858728-x86-x64-AllOS-NLD.exe.

For the file dotnetfx35.exe there are architecture-dependent language files: dotnet\x86-glb\dotnetfx35langpack_x86nl.exe and dotnet\x64-glb\dotnetfx35langpack_x64nl.exe.
