After looking through the log, noticed that updates are deleted for o2k13x64. As you said ofc looks fine.

Does this mean I should be putting all office updates as ofc not o2k*?

You need to do the following:

Copy all links inside ".\static\custom\StaticDownloadLinks-o2k13-x64-glb.txt" to ".\static\custom\StaticDownloadLinks-o2k13-glb.txt" and delete ".\static\custom\StaticDownloadLinks-o2k13-x64-glb.txt".
The same for the client: All IDs inside ".\client\static\custom\StaticUpdateIds-o2k13-x64.txt" need to be in ".\client\static\custom\StaticUpdateIds-o2k13.txt" (remember: even if there is a x64 and x86 version of an update, just write the the KB-number only once) and the file ".\client\static\custom\StaticUpdateIds-o2k13-x64.txt" is not needed.
Then restart the download.

This should fix the problem. (Explaination: there is no download target "o2k10-x64" or "o2k13-x64", so the script "AddOffice2010x64Support.cmd" will just copy the links from the "o2k??-x64.txt" into the "o2k??.txt")

Ah thank you Aker,

This was bugging me why it wasn't working like the OS updates. Looking at AddOffice2013x64Support.cmd I see that even if you got o2k10/13 x64 it merges (appends) StaticDownloadLinks-o2k13-x64-glb.txt into StaticDownloadLinks-o2k13-glb.txt

As seen in AddOffice2013x64Support.txt
