Use UDF insted of Joliet / update mkisofs

Please use UDF 1.02 as default file system for created ISO files (CreateISOImage.cmd), you can use both, ISO9660 and UDF:

..\bin\mkisofs.exe -iso-level 4 -udf -exclude-list %ISO_FILTER% -output %OUTPUT_PATH%\%ISO_NAME%.iso -volid %ISO_VOLID% ..\client

Also please update mkisofs:
