I've identified the following patches below, get installed from your 2014-built media, that do not get installed with my December 2019-built media (using older Sept. wsusscn2.cab):

969084 - RDC 7.0 Feature Update - Can still be downloaded from Microsoft (via StaticDownload file)
2813347 - WXP Security Update - Same as above...
However what I found more interesting is that the latter-built media includes several more security updates not available in 2014 (naturally because most of them were released after)
