WSUSO v.11.7.1 is not updating .NET framework 4.7.2
May 2019 win 10 1809 updates, wsuso says "kb4499405 cannot be found".

KB4495590 is the update for NET 4.7.2 and is downloaded in client\w100-x64\glb\windows10.0-kb4495590
To get WSUSO to install go to client\static\StaticUpdateIds-w100-17763-x64.txt (17763 is 1809)
