Hello. I'm new to WSUS offline. After Downloading some Files with the UpdateGenerator, and installing the Updates, window online update still tells me there are 131 important updates available and 97 optional.
I want them also offline, how do i get them.

Did you run WSUS Offline (UpdateInstaller) again and again until it said "Nothing to do"? That should at least take care of the security updates.

Apart from that, it's completely normal that Windows Update offers more updates than WSUS Offline is able to download and install. See viewtopic.php?f=4&t=172

No i only start it once, thought thats some sort of like new service pack software.
I downloaded a list from you link added it to the wsus folder.
I try what you told me run the update installer till it says nothing to do

Okay it worked, great tool. In the Update Installer are two options . Shut down on completion, Automatic Reboot and Recall.
I marked all two and started the Update Installer once and then left the computer alone.
Seems you have to sit in front of the computer and restart Update installer several times, but now windows online update tells me i have only optional updates left.

Let's say i want to tell the wsus offline to download an optional update like KB3133977
I know how to get the download link. x64 - english version

I noticed in the folder static are a lot of download links and in the folder static-> custom there is an empty dummy.txt.
Would it work if i renamed that file to StaticDownloadLinks-mylinks.txt and enter my link.

there is also a dummy txt in client->static->custom

here i rename it to StaticUpdateIds-myIDs.txt and enter the ID with a comma and a user defined statement

Barring a few exceptions (IE, Dotnet langpacks), all updates for Vista and up are not language-specific anymore. The same updates can be installed on all Windows worldwide.

By the way got a real shock. Thought everything is gone emails, browser cache, programs in the start menu, til i recognized wsusoffline has installed a new Administrator Account called WSUSTempAdmin and windows automatically logged on this account. I'v deleted this account. because the features Shut down on completion, Automatic Reboot and Recall, dont work at my system, perhaps its my fault.

Windows 7 only has glb AFAIK.

Windows 7 x86 is „w61 glb“ for all languages
Windows 7 x64 / Server 2008 R2 is „w61-x64 glb“ for all languages
