You can gather resources about the cumulative packages at MS special topics:
Windows NT 6.1 kernel: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... te-history
Windows NT 6.2 kernel: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... te-history
Windows NT 6.3 kernel: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... te-history
Windows NT 10 kernel: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... te-history

There are CSV lists about every file replaced by the packs, including size, version etc.

On a running system (or even offline image in directory/WIM file), you can list all packages installed. Note this lists all packages separately. A package (contrary to an cumulative Rollup) is an atomic fix/feature applied to the system image.

Code: Select all
dism.exe /Online /Get-Packages
Microsoft update catalog: http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/
Windows Install media download: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15088/windows-create-installation-media
