Vista : which version 9.2.3 ESR or 10.9.2

Hi,

with the new 9.2.3 ESR version, I'm thinking about Vista. Should I merge it with XP under the 9.2.3 ESR version or should I keep my 10.9.2 version ?

Which is the best solution ?

Thanks,

Vincent

Since 9.2.3 is still maintained as an ESR and 10.9.2 is not, you should use the former for both targets. Possible issues will be corrected for 9.x ESR only.

@boco:
But 9.x is not able to install the WU scan prerequisite updates, is it? AFAIK the first version to do this is 10.1 (by using the static list files) or 10.2.1 (with own wupre list files) respectively.

No idea, but that should be an important feature for backporting to ESR if it's missing. The old 10.x versions are not maintained at all.
