Hi all,

After running UpdateInstaller(11.0.3) the office was updated sucessfully but Win 10wasn't (10.0.10586.839).
In screen I saw some missing updates.

Warning: Update kb971119 (id: b58f24b1-58a0-4661-9882-0ff509712946) not found.
Warning: Update kb4041689 (id: c6c38d0b-3125-4a5a-bf3a-31cfc45fb07e) not found.
Warning: Update kb4049179 (id: 1144fe12-51f2-4905-82a5-ed58f53cb283) not found.

I have installed them manually, so now I don't have warnings.
Win 10 version turned to 10.0.10586.1176
in screen I see this:

10:14:26,41 - Listing ids of missing updates (please be patient, this will take a while)...
10:16:50,77 - Done.
Listing ids of installed updates...
Listing update files...
Info: Skipping update kb890830 (Malicious Software Removal Tool) due to matching black list entry.

Any missing update was either black listed or not found. Nothing to do!

I hope it is not an RTFM topic, but how can I force the updater to apply the updates and my Win10 would update to 1709.

Thanks,
Peter

Build upgrades cannot be installed from WOU, sorry. Those are complete OS upgrades and must be installed from Windows Update, as it will need to instruct the boot loader to start the PE-driven phase of the setup.
As a rule of thumb, installing updates with WOU will only touch the last number (patch level). The build upgrade is offered through Windows Update.
Last but not least, build 10586 (TH2 or 1511) is End Of Life. No more updates will be released by MS.
