This topic is about being locked out of the WOUTempAdmin account while it's still progressing. You can simply use the Fast User Switching feature of Windows to log in with your regular account and examine the installation log (which is in the Windows directory). That'll give you a hint when the current update run is done.
Windows officially supports being logged in with multiple accounts at a time, so there's no problem doing that.
