11.1.0 is stuck in loop installing same update

Just started using the latest build and it seems to have encountered a problem where it keeps installing the same update - KB890830 over and over again (have given up after five tries).

Did you add MRT (K890830) manually?
I don't recommend that, as wsusou does not get any report, wheter it installed/succedes or not.

No. I just kept running autoinstaller, which seems to keep reinstalling that update but going no further.

Then please post the last part of C:\Windows\wsusofflineupdste.log here.
