I have chose only office 2016. Wsus offline installer in the newest one. It downloads tons on updates starting for office 2010 (more than 208 updates).
Are those office 2010 and 2013 updates really needed for office 2016?
Or is there some kind of bug?

MS does not make any difference between the Office versions in wsusscn2.cab. They all are named "ofc". Without a hardcoded list of updates, we are not able to select, which versions get downloaded and which ones don't.
