security only updates instead of quality rollups! yes or no?

hello
I saw:
Use 'security only updates' instead of 'quality rollups'
in wsusoffline window.

for example windows 10 x64:

(after few days) means: At least one security update has come from Microsoft.
(Immediately after previous) means: no security update has come from Microsoft.

1- I download updates without ticking the "security only updates' instead of 'quality rollups" box.
I install them. (Immediately after previous)
I check for updates with windows. (Immediately after previous)
1-a- Do I get new update from microsoft?
1-b- (after few days) Do I get new update from microsoft?

2- I download updates with ticking the "security only updates' instead of 'quality rollups" box.
I install them. (Immediately after previous)
I check for updates with windows. (Immediately after previous)
2-a- I get new update from microsoft? (Immediately after previous)
2-b- (after few days) I get new update from microsoft?

very thanks. I am sorry for the my weak English. :(

The security update-only option does not apply to Windows 10, just Windows 7/Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8.1/Windows Server 2012 R2.
