Lässt sich der Servicing Stack installieren?
Bitte zuerst über Doppelklick installieren, falls dies scehitert, schreibe ich noch eine Anleitung für DISM.

Das Update hat geklappt - ein erster Erfolg!

Aber: nach dem Neustart wieder dieselben Symptome:
- C:\_ Administrator: DoUpdate/verify /updatecpp / autoreboot
- gegen Ende der Installation: "Warning: Starting of service 'windows update' failed
- Ganz zum Schluss: "Listing ids of missing updates <please be patient, this will take a while> ..."

Es folgt eine stundenlanges Warten .... das System hängt wieder.
Gibt es mit DISM eine Lösung?

P.S.: Eine Prüfung mit dem "Windows Update Troubleshooter" zeigt folgende Meldung: "Windows-Update Fehler 0x80080005"

Werden die Updates denn in Systemsteuerung > Windows Update > Installierte Updates als (erfolgreich) installiert gelistet? Welche Version hat der Windows Update Agent laut wsusofflineupdate.log nun?

Info:
a) Es werden nur die Updates aus dem Hotfix KB947821 (s.o. erfolgreicher Ratschlag von Euch) angezeigt. Keine anderen Updates.
b) Der Windows Update Agent lt. wsusofflineupdate.log hat jetzt die Versionsnummer 7.6.7601.18804

Also wurden die Updates nicht erfolgreich installiert, wie ich mir schon dachte. Also hat das System die Updateinstallation beim Reboot rückgängig gemacht (achte mal darauf, falls du es erneut versuchen solltest). Tja, da ist wohl mehr kaputt...

Warten wir mal ab, wie die Experten sonst noch helfen können.

Kleiner Rant: Ich bin immer wieder erstaunt, wie oft und offensichtlich nachhaltig (d.h. irreparabel) Windows bzw. dessen Updatesystem kaputtgehen kann. Da ich selber diese Probleme nie hatte, auf keinem System, bleibt nur die Vermutung, dass irgendeine Software da rumpfuscht, oder dass die Kistenschieber mit ihren Vorinstallationen Müll veranstalten. Wahrscheinlich werden wir das nie erfahren - ich jedenfalls verwende keinerlei vorinstallierte Systeme (alle Komplettkisten, sofern ich welche kaufe, werden komplett frisch installiert).
