I have a brand new W7 x64 machine (many of them) that i'm trying to update with WSUSO.

I run the updateinstaller.exe from a thumb drive (have already downloaded all updates and copied them over with the update generator tool) This was all working fine for some time.

Now, when I try to update the client, the error is
ERROR : Medium neither supports your Windows nor your Office version .

thoughts?

Has your medium been created for w61-x64? Note that w61 is only 32bit.

I chose all options. See image attached.

re ran the updater / media creation. Looks like it didnt finish the first time for some reason. New x64 folders are now present.

Ich habe dasselbe Problem, der Download hat gut funktionert, aber die Installation wird abgebrochen mit der Meldung wie angegeben.
Auch ein erneute Durchführung der Downloads und der installation führte zu demselben Ergebnis.
Was kann ich tun?

Welche Ordner sind denn unter .\client vorhanden?

Vielen Dank für die sehr rasche Antwort!
Im Ordner .\client ist folgendes vorhanden:
a) Ordner: .\bin .\cmd .\exclude .\opt .\software .\static
b) Sonstige: Update.cmd UpdateInstaller.au3 Updateinstaller.exe Updateinstaller.ini

Wenn ich die "installierten Updates" in Windows anzeigen lasse, erscheint nach einiger Zeit (nach wie vor): "keine Updates vorhanden".

Wenn das alle ordner in \client sind dann hat kein Download stattgefunden, ansonsten wären ordner wie wsus und win dort vorhanden.
Der Download wurde doch wohl nicht etwa direkt aus der gezippten Programmdatei gestartet ?

Genau das war wahrscheinlich mein Fehler (download aus der gezippten Programmdatei)!
Was muss ich hetzt tun?

Datei entpacken, dabei sollte ein Ordner "wsusoffline" erstellt werden. Von dort aus den UpdateGenerator starten .
