Office 2007 iso too big for DVD

Office 2007 iso too big for DVD

Postby wwarshaw » 17.01.2017, 18:04

I am using version 10.9. The Office 2007 iso file is almost 4.9 GB, which is too large to fit on a DVD. Suggestions?

Well, you could use a USB flash drive or external HDD or something like that.

So then I would obviously need an iso extractor. Recommendations?

You don't have the WSUS Offline (client) directory anymore? Well, the ISO can be extracted by many packers, e.g. WinRAR and 7zip. You can also mount the ISO using some third-party software like WinCDEmu, DaemonTools, Alcohol and so on, and copy the files from the virtual DVD drive.

You don't have to create an ISO at all. Simply uncheck ISO creation in the Generator and select USB copying into a target directory at the very bottom.

The USB copying option was a perfect solution for me. Thanks boco :)
