I tried using /overwriteoem switch but it has no effect. I still get the message stating that WSH is present.

Can it be connected with removal of Internet Explorer?

I removed it with nLite. Nothing fancy.

nLite'd Windows versions will most probably give problems if essential components are removed. So if you removed IE and the Trident web engine...
