MS recently released update KB3125574. It is encompasses updates from the release of SP1 to April 2016. Can WSUS download this instead of 200 individual patches.

If you configure WSUSOU to download and install it, yes. In the default configuration, no.

I dearly hope it will never be included by default.

This is difficult for those of us who do not speak German.

Any chance for an English decode?

In short: this package is a good idea but MS added some updates that others would call spyware.
Plus it doesn't help with the looong update search after each patchday.

Thanks! But I can't think of anyone I know that uses IE11...including me. :)

With all the recent issues with WSUSOffline - I have suspended it's use anyway.

Will see if it gets any better in the future.

Like the attempt a few days ago - where I ran WSUSOffline to get things current - but the app decided to stay online for 4hrs+ trying to download a file called mpam-fex64.exe?

I usually have an excellent 10 or 12 minute update cycle but in this case - WSUSOnline probably made about 10 attempts to get this file - and still could not. I had to kill it midstream.

While I understand your app is at the mercy of Microsoft servers etc - it should have some facility to either specify how many attempts to make on a file and then call it a day. OR warn immediately if the download rate is too slow.

When I checked on this painful experience a few times during the 4 hr period - the download rate on this file was a pitiful 20k per second. I have a dedicated 100MB/s pipe here so this is completely unacceptable. I should be able to have some facility to tell WSUSOffline to keep up with my connection OR have it drop a file immediately if a specific transfer rate cannot be maintained.

Good as WSUSOffline may be - I do not have all day to babysit this thing just because MS has a problem with bandwidth.

well there are still some people that use IE.

I have just downloaded Chrome 52 and it has a translate button when you right click. you can also translate to other languages as well.
