scripting WSUSOffline into runonce?

scripting WSUSOffline into runonce?

Postby flyboynm » 26.03.2014, 20:32

I am working on an "all-install" image that uses silent installs of office and unattended windows installs. I like the idea of using wsus offline update but is there a method to force the system to run offline update upon completion of the silent installs? I would want it to be able to use an answer file to "know" it needs to update MSE, install IE11, certain patches, etc.

I did a search on this but I didn't find anything about it . If it is there, I must be blind and missed it.

Thank you in advance!

Please take a look at this topic:

You need to find the parameters, you need, and call .\client\cmd\DoUpdate.cmd with them. (The auto-reboot may cause problems)
