Not installing most of update files

Hi, For some time (can not guarantee how long) the Updater automatically update service packs, IE versions, Direct X,. NET, but when it's listing update files, it says: "No missing update found. Nothing to do!", installing 0 updates. At this moment, if I use "Windows Update" from the OS, it founds all the updates to install.
It happens with XP, Vista 32b, W7 32 & 64-bit s ...
I have a shared folder that I access via LAN from the computer I want to update. On my computer I tried disabling Avast, Malware Bytes, but still not working.
Any idea?

Please post the content of %SystemRoot%\wsusofflineupdate.log from at least one of the affected computers (with the code-tag).

This is the wsusofflineupdate.log from the notebook I'm trying to update now.
It says "Nothing to do" but if I use Windows update, it founds 31 important updates and 18 optional updates (not counting Office Updates)

Yes, the shared folder is "client".
Ive just tried to copy the "client" (over 20 Gb) to a pendrive, executing the "UpdateInstaller.exe" and I have the same issue: "nothing to do".
I see a warning on the "wsusofflineupdate.log", but I don't think it's important.
I don't undestand, the program worked perfectly till I month ago (I think). May a program or configuration on my computer (not client) interfere with the program.
One way to find out is clean the folder and download ALL the updates again but I have a 1Mb downstream... (that's why wsusoffline is so useful for me)
