Hello, i'm new. How often does everyone update and create new ISO's? I'm using alot of DVDs...

Usually one per month.
After the second Tuesday of a month or after a update of wsusou itself.

MS' servers are quite busy directly after patch release. You will have a better experience if you wait some time.
