Office Update

I there a way to force the MS Office update. For whatever reason we are not able to update MS Office even though I have downloaded all the updates. Could there be a check mark on the GUI to invoke the Office update?

What's the exact problem or error message you get?
I assume you downloaded the updates including servicepacks and started the UpdateInstaller afterwards (in client subfolder) ?

Usually only missing security updates are installed. You must run DoUpdate.cmd with the parameter /all to force reinstalling everything.
