Hi, new user and I'm not sure if I have done something wrong while burning my dvd but when I insert the disk into the computer I am wanting to update it does not start, I copied the ISO files to the disk but it isn't working, it doesn't play or anything and I can open it up and see the iso file is there but nothing happens. Can someone help me determine what I have done wrong? Thanks in advance!

You need to use a program like nero to burn these file. If you don't have one, you may unpack them and burn the files inside onto the dvd. You must not put the files onto the dvd but their content.

If you see the ISO file itself we just found your mistake. The ISO has to be burnt in ISO-mode with your prefered burning program, not in file mode.
Look for the apropriate setting an use the ISO file to burn the DVD again.

You aren't supposed to burn the ISO file itself. An ISO file is an image of a whole disc. You must select to burn from a CD Image inside your burning App.

Thanks, I will retry and do as suggested. Didn't realize it had to be burnt a special way.. I am very new to this!
Thanks again!
