When I try to update Windows Vista x86 in spanish, I get the following warnings:

Warning: File ..\w60\glb\IE8-WindowsVista-x86-esn*.exe not found.
Warning: Microsoft Security Essentials installation file (..\msse\x86-glb\mseinstall-x86-esn.exe) not found.

I'm using version 7.3.2

A: Since Service Packs and updates for Windows Vista / 7 / Server 2008(R2) are multilingual, there's no 24-language selection table for these platforms, so by default, only the English and German versions of those localized installation packages for IEx, .NET and MSSE will be downloaded.
To have your favorite locale(s) downloaded in addition, you may use the ...\cmd\AddCustomLanguageSupport.cmd script.

I used the command AddCustomLanguageSupport.cmd esn but not working

before the command

Info: Skipping update kb944036 (Internet Explorer 8) due to matching black list entry.

After using the command AddCustomLanguageSupport.cmd esn there should be a file ...\static\custom\StaticDownloadLinks-w60-x86-glb.txt, which contain the download URL for IE8-WindowsVista-x86-esn.exe.
Now you have to run UpdateGenerator.exe again!

This is because of static definition for IE8.

Nop, It does not work!!!

This is what I did:

1. Delete the folder wsusoffline
2. Download again the wsusoffline732.zip
3. Unzip the file
4. I ran the file D:\wsusoffline\cmd\AddCustomLanguageSupport.cmd esn
5. I ran again UpdateGenerator.exe
6. I try to update only IE8 and get the same message:
Warning: File ..\w60\glb\IE8-WindowsVista-x86-esn*.exe not found.

Inside the folder D:\wsusoffline\client\w60\glb the file IE8-WindowsVista-x86-ESN.exe exist.
Could be the UpdateInstaller the problem???

Done, I could update IE8

I did the same procedure above and all worked well

I'm not able to test this, unfortunately. As I cannot create a native ESN Vista installation, WSUSOU always attempts to install the ENU version.

What does it say for you in the installer log (in the Windows directory)?

Is this a real spanish vista or en english Vista with spanish language pack?
