How to create VistaSP3.iso in Win7?

I use Windows 7 now, but I will soon install Vista (yes, here so there were strange circumstances). I can create in advance something like SP3? I want to receive the newest system right after installation of my Vista SP2. BTW, it is Russian version. It will be OK?

Just enable one of the options "create an iso" and WSUSOU will create an Iso file containing the updates for the systems you selected for download.

WSUSOU is not about integration. The media created has to be run manually after Vista SPs has been installed, preferrably while being offline.
