Missing Updates when doing install

After many tries to download without an error and eventually succeeding, I went ahead and performed installation of those updates.

The log shows some updates were missing.

My question is --- Is this because My last download was happening at the time Microsoft released their next updates,,, I believe they reloease new updates on a Tuesday USA time... is this correct or is there some other reason for the errors in the attached log file???
