Download, unzip, execute. Open and close. Two different system´s.

I can run it on my work's computer (Win XP). But not on my netbook (7 Home Premium).

Didn't try it at home yet (Win 7 Ultimate).

On Win Vista and/or 7, please try to run WSUSOU with admin rights.

Tried on Vista 32 Bits with admin rights and don´t work. 2 workstation´s windows xp sp3 don´t work too. No erro´s on screen.

You open the UpdateGenerator.exe and then it closes immediately or opens the black CMD-prompt and that closes?

Execute UpdateGenerator and in Windows XP SP3 PT-BR nothing appear. In Windows Vista SP2 whit admin right´s i see the screen and close immediately (no black screen or CMD). In version 6.8.4 the same occur.
I suspect if is not a microsoft update because in a clean system open ok, after applied some updates the updategenerator close in this manner. Unfortunately no time to isolate the update or updates to narrow the problem.

So far I've been able to run it on my work's computer (Pentium 4 524, XP SP3). But on my netbook it's random.. sometimes it opens, sometimes it doesn't.

Let me say that, when I say it "open and closes", I can barely see the main GUI. It pops on the screen and vanishes.

Running with admin rights have no effect, same thing happens.

I suspect it's closed by an overly aggressive antivirus/antimalware software. Sadly applictions written in AutoIt are often blocked because some weirdos used AutoIt with malicious intent.

Pls. try to exclude UpdateGenerator.exe from on-access-scanning and delete UpdateGenerator.ini.

The error is not exclusive from version 6.8.5. All old version´s i tried in my system occur the same. And , yes, was working before. Again my suspect´s go to any updates applied by microsot but are zillion´s... Investigation whit sysinternals procmon not conclusive. Some missing call´s from updategenerator only.
