WSUS Offline Update open and close

First of all, let me thank you all for a great piece of software.
My problem is: I downloaded WSUS Offline and I use it on my Netbook to download updates at work, where I have access to a faster Internet. It worked fine for quite a while, but now I try to open UpdateGenerator.exe and it closes. I see the window popping up and disappearing right after.
I tried to delete the wsusoffline folder and unzip it again, but it still doesn't open.
Any tips?
edit: Atom N270, 2GB RAM, Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit.

Hi and welcome, cdr_74_premium,
sorry, I've never heard about the effect you described.
Did you try the latest version (6.8.5)?
Regards

Yes, I installed it just after I posted this issue. Still the same thing.
It's random. Sometimes it opens just fine, sometimes it just flashes on my screen. Open and close.
If I use the Task manager I can see the Updategenerator.exe starting and closing just right after.

Are the files UpdateGenerator.exe and UpdateGenerator.au3 still in the directory or have they been deleted ?

They're in the directory.
I use MSSE AV.

Your Antivirus is going crazy. Some block/delete all AutoIt3 files, as AutoIt is sadly often used by bad people.

Ah, MSSE does it again.
You either need to temporarily disable MSSE or you have to install an exception rule to prevent MSSE from scanning the Wsusoffline directory.

I did both and I still can't use it. Should I try to uninstall MSSE?

Added the folder wsusoffline to MSSE's exceptions. Didn't open.
Rebooted, didn't open.
Disabled MSSE real-time scanning, didn't open.
Reboot, MSSE RTS still disabled, didn't open.
Ejected pen-drive, it opened.
I don't get it.
It runs from D:\wsusoffline. I have one 250GB disk with two partitions, C and D. WSUSOFFLINE is not running from a remote unit/pen drive. It's running from my hard disk. But for some reason the pendrive makes it unable to open.
Yes, the pendrive is clean.
Now I have to check if it always open without the pen drive plugged.

No, it doesn't
I started to download some updates. I checked XP, Vista and 7 32-bit, and wanted to make a cross-platform ISO.
It started and later just closed without notice.
Here's the last lines from the log:
07/06/2011 14:17:55,11 - Info: Downloaded/validated 13 statically defined updates for w60 glb
07/06/2011 14:18:21,71 - Info: Downloaded/validated 109 dynamically determined updates for w60 glb

07/06/2011 14:22:20,48 - Info: Ending WSUS Offline Update download for w60 glb
...and that's it.
And now it doesn't open, even without the pen drive.
